"After sale service is a nightmare! Gave cycle for the 'free' service promised when I purchased. No timely delivery. Went twice and cycle was not even touched. Then the person assured he will deliver to my home. Got call next day saying Rs100 to deliver!! I denied and picked it up. Condition- No air in tyres. Had to clean cycle myself to pickup. And to my surprise, they took out the reflector from the cycle!! I still don't understand why!! Above all the attitude of the person was very disrespectful. Not going there again for sure. Buying cycle from here was a very bad idea!"
